SUBJECT TO SIGNED AGREEMENT
This Deal Memo summarizes the principal terms under which Creator and CEEK Global Entertainment LTD (the "Distribution Platform") intend to negotiate, in good faith, a mutually acceptable Content Distribution Agreement (the "Distribution Agreement"), incorporating certain terms and conditions set forth in the online distribution agreement.
